2D Design
We can provide technical drawings for all requirements, all produced utilising the requited geometrical tolerancing an limits and fits. BOMs and GA's can be produced for assembly models and fixtures.
Any modelling for sheet metal or laser cut fabrication can be produced as drawings to be sent for manufacture with CNC machines.
Drawings can be supplied in DWG, DXF and PDF formats to integrate with any document management system.
Jigs and Fixtures
Beyond completing part design, the manufactuing process can require bespoke jigs and fixtures for machining and assembly. A strong history in this area allows us to continue the development of the part's life cycle through the manufacturing stages.
